At Essence, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Drop Off the Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
